General Policy
- US :
We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened products. Opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer, and refunds exclude shipping fees. - Ghana:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for used or opened items. However, unopened products can be returned within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
- Exchanges
- US & Ghana:
Exchanges are only permitted before your order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot process exchanges.

For enquires about your order made through our Retail stores, and platforms, please contact the store/ platform that you purchased from directly. We are unable to track or assist with any orders placed on a retail partners’ platform.
