Churchwin Dropshipping Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Churchwin Dropshipping Program. By registering or participating as a dropshipping partner, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before signing up or placing your first order.

1. Program Overview

The Churchwin Dropshipping Program allows approved partners (“Dropshippers”) to sell Churchwin’s products under their own brand or store without holding inventory. Churchwin handles product storage, packaging, and shipping directly to your customers on your behalf.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old and operate a verified online store, marketplace account, or social media business.

  • Churchwin reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its discretion.

  • Resellers must comply with all local, regional, and international trade regulations.

3. Product Listings & Branding

  • Product descriptions, images, and specifications provided by Churchwin may be used for promotional purposes but may not be altered in a misleading way.

  • You may set your own retail prices.

  • Churchwin’s brand name and logo must not be used to impersonate the official Churchwin website or mislead customers.

4. Orders & Fulfillment

  • All dropshipping orders must be placed through the official Churchwin platform or via the approved order form.

  • Once an order is confirmed and payment received, Churchwin will process and dispatch the order within 2–5 business days.

  • Tracking details will be provided once the package is shipped.

  • Churchwin is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the dropshipper or carrier delays beyond our control.

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Dropshipping partners receive exclusive discounted rates as listed in the Churchwin Dropshipping Catalogue.

  • Payments must be made in full before order processing.

  • Accepted payment methods: Mobile Money, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Stripe, or Paystack (depending on region).

  • Prices may be updated periodically; partners will be notified at least 7 days before changes take effect.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Because products are shipped directly to end customers, all return or refund requests must be first reviewed by Churchwin’s support team.

  • Refunds are only granted for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.

  • Churchwin is not responsible for customer dissatisfaction resulting from false claims, misuse, or improper storage of products after delivery.

7. Partner Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all marketing, sales, and customer service related to your store.

  • You must ensure accurate product representation and truthful communication with customers.

  • Dropshippers may not engage in false advertising, spam campaigns, or unethical marketing practices.

  • Any violation may result in immediate termination from the program.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All trademarks, logos, product designs, and content remain the exclusive property of Churchwin.

  • Partners are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use approved product images and descriptions for marketing.

9. Termination of Agreement

  • Either party may terminate participation in the Dropshipping Program with 7 days’ written notice.

  • Churchwin reserves the right to terminate accounts that engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unethical practices.

10. Liability Disclaimer

Churchwin shall not be liable for any loss of profit, data, or business interruption resulting from participation in the Dropshipping Program. Our responsibility is limited to the replacement or refund of defective or undelivered products per the refund policy.

11. Amendments

Churchwin reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
